Weatherization / Insulation Technician

Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a Weatherization / Insulation Technician to join our team installing insulation solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term performance in customers’ homes.
This is a hands-on role offering steady work, paid training, modern equipment, and clear advancement opportunities for motivated team members looking to build a long-term career in the skilled trades.
\n- Install residential insulation, including blown-in attic insulation and batt insulation
- Prepare job sites, protect customer property, and perform clean, professional installations
- Operate insulation equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Measure and install insulation according to company and manufacturer standards
- Explain work being performed to homeowners in a clear, professional manner
- Load and unload materials and maintain organized job sites and vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn — paid training provided
- Comfortable working in attics and confined spaces
- Ability to lift and handle insulation materials and equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
