Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Conduct lawn care and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance projects.
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities.
- Execute tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Engage in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Collaborate with other team members on construction projects as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience in lawn care, gardening, and horticulture practices.
- Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with operating excavators and other heavy machinery is a plus.
