Duties
- Manage classroom behavior for 2 to 6 year olds through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful environment.
- Help prepare and maintain classroom environment and materials as directed by the lead teacher and director
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in classroom settings, childcare centers, or preschool environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, Montessori methods, or preschool curricula is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other teachers
- Ability to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Certification in childhood development or early childhood education is a plus; relevant coursework or training is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive environments that support literacy education, math skills, toddler care, and overall childhood development.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
