Sikora Law is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our team.
We represent developers, commercial real estate owners, and real estate brokers on sophisticated transactions throughout Ohio. Our attorneys serve as trusted advisors, helping clients structure, negotiate, and close deals that shape communities and drive economic growth.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including:
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Financing transactions
• Commercial leasing
• Real estate development projects
• Title and survey
• Joint ventures and entity documents for real estate companies (desired, not required)
Candidates should also possess:
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• The ability to manage transactions independently and efficiently
• A practical, business-oriented approach to counseling clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ohio bar admission (required)

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package, free parking, and a positive, team-oriented culture.
Expected salary range: $140,000 - $210,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
