This role is open to U.S.-based candidates with a background in accounting (preferred). We are seeking a detail- oriented and experienced Accounting Associate to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates with 4- 6 years of professional experience who are proficient in accounting financial transactions, reporting, and compliance with an eagerness to contribute to a growing organization.
POSITION IN ORGANIZATION
Department: Accounting (Administration)
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Ø Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Ø Review, code, and post vendor invoices and customer payments
Ø Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts
Ø Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ø Support budgeting and cost tracking activities
Ø Prepare internal reports and assist with financial analysis
Ø Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries
Ø Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Ø Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Ø Support the Accounting Department with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills:
Ø Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Ø 4–6 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a mid-sized company
Ø Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Infor, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP)
Ø Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, formulas)
Ø Solid understanding of US GAAP and basic tax principles
Ø High attention to detail and accuracy
Ø Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Professional discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial data
Ø Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Job Type/ Compensation/ Benefits:
Ø Full-Time Employment: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (including a 1-hour lunch break).
Ø Non- Exempt Employee
Ø Location: Suwanee 30024, Georgia.
Ø Work Authorization: Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
Ø Competitive Pay Range: $45,000 to $55,000 ($21.63-$26.64)
Ø Performance-Based Bonus: Optional performance-based team bonus.
Ø Retirement Plan: 401(k) retirement plan with a partial company match payment.
