- Reports To:**Director of Finance
Provides essential clerical and administrative support to a finance department, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Essential Functions
- Assist with processing invoices
- Assist with insurance bank account reconciliation
- Assist with purchase card reconciliation
- Assist with collecting retiree health insurance payment and maintain a ledger of payments received.
- Assist in Food Service data management and reporting.
- Professional and friendly customer service skills
- Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Ability to learn and navigate accounting software.
- Adept at using various office machines and computer equipment.
- High accuracy in numerical data entry and document review
- Some typing ability.
- Assist with maintaining a variety of files, documents and student records for the purpose of
- Assist with maintaining an organized Records Storage Building where hardcopy files are kept.
- Assist with complying with student record-keeping retention and destruction as required by law.
- Assist with mailroom clerk -Primary contact for Pitney Bowes
- Assist other business office staff as needed
- Assist with building receptionists on multi-line telephone.

- Education:**High School Diploma
- Experience desired:**Wide range of clerical experience and some degree of accounting experience(School setting experience preferred, but not required).
- Other requirements:**Must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the Board of Education. Excellent organizational skills, oral and written skills, time management, and telephone skills. Computer knowledge and assistive technology.
