We are growing! Sika is looking for Night Shift Batch Operators to help support business growth.
We are looking for candidates interested in a Night Shift, rotating 2/2/3 schedule, 7:00pm - 7:00am.

Responsibilities: Batch Operators are responsible for the daily operation of complex chemistry processes of sealant and adhesive products for the construction, infrastructure and general industry. Batch Operators execute daily production requirements, achieving safety, housekeeping, quality, rate objectives and participating in continuous improvement activities as directed. Batch Operators must be able to work independently within the framework of a team while demonstrating a positive attitude.
