About the Role
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, teamwork, and operational excellence? Join our team as a Shift Supervisor and help drive safe, reliable, and efficient chemical plant operations.
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations during your shift. You’ll support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), production, and maintenance activities by guiding your team, improving processes, and helping build a high-performing work environment.
Lead shift teams to meet safety, environmental, and production goals
Act as Incident Commander during emergencies
Monitor performance indicators and optimize processes
Ensure procedures are followed and updated
Coach and evaluate team members to build a high-performance culture
Participate in root cause analysis and reliability reviews
Support continuous improvement and plant optimization
Perform technician duties when needed
Identify training needs and support development initiatives
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 per year
Shift Hours: 2:00pm-10:30pm MST
Your Skills and Experience
5+ years in chemical plant operations
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Problem-solving skills to improve plant performance
Experience with SAP maintenance systems
Knowledge of PSM and RCMS is a plus
