Job Description
Broad Function and Purpose of Position:
To directly assist Finance and Supply Chain with various reporting and analysis.
Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Generating and publishing daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Auditing of inventory transactions in SAP. Correcting wrong transactions / inventory balances
- Responsible for purchase order creation
- Administers cycle count program, including root cause analysis and publishing results of audits.
- Reviews shop order variance and makes adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma. Strong data entry skills.
- Years Experience: 2 – 4 years experience working in Materials and/or Finance.
- Understanding of MRP systems, specifically SAP.
- Excellent oral and written communication as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to think and solve problems creatively.
