Personal Assistant for Fashion Designer
Role Description
This is a full-time mixed onsite / remote role located in Dallas, TX. Will consider entry level. As a Personal Assistant at SII Promotions, you will be responsible for providing support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging travel accommodations, organizing meetings, and maintaining confidential information.
You will also be responsible for handling correspondence and communication, including phone calls and emails, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
The position might change every day from acting as a personal assistant to me, to do some normal business liaisons with the banker, attorney or accountant.
There are times you might act as a tour guide for someone that comes by or is from another country, play a touch of concierge, model an outfit for them, engage as a PR type, go to
charitable events that I support in the community and like my previous assistant,
be a fit model when I am working on spur of the minute ideas. I design for the real,
normal and natural, not the runway or the cover of a magazine. I work exclusively in the
private label market and concentrate solely on female fashions that cover about everything
you would wear from head to toe, 24 hours a days with the exception of leather products,
jewelry and fur coats (object to using animals that way).
Will pay for any relocation / interview expenses, full benefits, bonus, car allowance.
