Requirements:
- Minimum of an Active Florida 4-40 (Customer Representative License).
- Ideal candidate with 1 years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance.
- Applied Epic experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to perform and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prompt response times.
- Knowledge of insurance products and their application to business.
- Professional phone/office etiquette.
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship and has a strong service focus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering sales calls.
- Completing intake forms.
- Conducting data entry and processing payments.
- Retrieve underwriting reports for account managers to service their policies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Send correspondence to clients regarding upcoming renewal information and important information regarding their policy status.
- Engage with clients and prospects over the phone to obtain information pertaining to various quote requests.
- Work alongside writing agents to help produce quotes.
