They contribute to all phases of development and support production issues independently. This mid-level position requires strong analytical, troubleshooting and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working both independently and in a team environment, The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with Operational leaders and business staff to ensure business continuity.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business needs.Participate in defining software architectures and design patterns.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently.Modify and enhance existing applications to improve functionality or integrate with other systems.Contribute to code reviews and adhere to coding standards and security best practices.Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver projects on time.Engage in and actively volunteer for continuous improvement projects and tasks.Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Education/Experience & Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in core programming languages, specifically PHP, as well as front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.Proven experience as a full-stack or web developer in an e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, ensuring timely issue resolution.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to analyze incident trends, performance metrics, and user feedback to spot recurring problems and areas for improvement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution.Ability to identify and analyze complex problems, and communicate findings and solutions clearly to key stakeholders.Working Conditions: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc.
