Solar is one of the fastest-growing industries in the USA. Countries in Europe and Australia already have a 35% saturation of solar, while the US is only at about 4%. We are starting to catch up. The entire industry is in the middle of a huge growth period right now! It saw its biggest increases in history in 2021. The ability to produce their family’s own power in crisis, and not have to rely on someone else, has created a demand that we have not seen before in the industry. It’s all happening right now. 2022 contributed significantly and we're thrilled to see what 2023 will add. With all the growth and expansion Sigora is experiencing, we are all having more fun helping customers than ever before.

Sigora Home is looking for leaders at every level. We can help the most experienced reps find a platform that lets them plug in and use their closing skills right away as well as positions designed for people with no prior solar experience or even sales experience that also offer a 6-figure income potential their 1st year, regardless of prior skill level. A full, from the bottom up, training is provided, and continued training is available to all reps anytime.

There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Become a specialist in renewable energy.
  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base.
  • Educate potential and existing customers on Sigora's clean energy solutions and ways to save money.
  • Confidently discuss options and close contracts.
  • Participate in company led events to generate sale.

What You'll Need

  • No experience necessary!
  • A current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. (Virtual options available)
  • A cell phone (preferably a smartphone).
  • Ability to pass a background check. No Drug screens.
  • A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with customers and office staff.

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $25,000 - $500,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
