We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to support our quoting and proposal process. This position plays a critical role in gathering information, pricing projects, reviewing vendor quotes, and helping our sales team provide accurate and timely bids to clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pricing estimates for signage projects of varying sizes
- Review architectural drawings, photos, scope sheets, and brand standards
- Request, review, and organize vendor and subcontractor quotes
- Enter pricing into our internal estimating systems
- Track bid progress and follow up on missing information
- Assist sales team with proposal formatting and delivering final quotes
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in all estimate documents
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and margin reviews
- Communicate regularly with vendors, sales reps, and project managers
- Previous experience in estimating, construction, signage, or related field preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Excel and basic office software
