We’re looking for someone who can lead the team, own the pipeline, and deliver results.
Signs for Success is a locally owned sign company with over 20 years of experience helping businesses succeed through high-impact signage. From vehicle wraps and illuminated signs to ADA wayfinding and branded environments, we produce Signs That Mean Business.
Now we need someone to bring structure, accountability, and consistency to sales.
What This Role Is Really About:
This role is hands-on and performance-driven.
- You own the number
- You drive daily pipeline activity
- You coach and hold the team accountable to clear standards
- You step in and help close key opportunities
- You build a repeatable, disciplined sales system
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead and manage inside and outside sales reps
- Run weekly pipeline and KPI reviews
- Improve conversion rates, follow-up discipline, and speed to quote
- Build and enforce sales processes, scripts, and expectations
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and volume
- Stay involved in key accounts and high-value opportunities
- Help recruit and develop strong sales talent over time
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience leading a sales team and improving performance
- Strong B2B sales background (signage, construction, or trades is a plus)
- Confident leader who sets clear expectations and follows through
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM usage
- Ability to balance leadership with personal contribution when needed
- Competitive, disciplined, and outcome-focused
- Clear, direct communicator who leads by example
