- At Signs By the Sea, we’ve spent more than a decade redefining creativity in the golf industry — designing premium awards, tee gifts, and event gifts for many of the most recognized clubs in the game. Our craftsmanship, coastal-inspired designs, and personalized service have made us a trusted partner for tournaments and premier golf facilities nationwide.
- We are expanding our national presence and seeking Independent Sales Representatives (1099) who live within their assigned territory and can effectively represent our brand alongside their existing lines. We need highly motivated professionals who understand the golf market and can dedicate focused time to growing our footprint right away.
- We expect to regularly hear from you, and we expect you to hit the ground running and demonstrate immediate success in your territory.
- As an Independent Territory Representative, you’ll be the face of Signs By the Sea in your region — introducing our unique line of awards and tee gifts, building relationships with PGA Professionals and merchandisers, servicing existing customers, and opening new accounts. You will collaborate closely with our design, customer service, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless, premium client experience.
Openings in: Texas, Northern Florida, Michigan, Southern California, and others - Must live in territory

- Ability to travel regularly within the territory to key accounts, tournaments, PGA Section shows, and industry events.
- Ability to report to us regularly on your successes and challenges.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and willingness to learn our Smartsheet-based order tracking system.
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in representing our product line.
- Promote our premium awards and tee gifts to clubs, tournaments, and industry partners.
- Open, develop, and grow accounts within your assigned territory.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with PGA Professionals, tournament directors, Section executive directors, merchandisers, and other decision makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle — initial outreach, quoting, order submission, status updates, and follow-through.
- Represent the brand at regional PGA Section shows and other key golf events.
- Introduce new seasonal product lines and educate customers on design options.
- Maintain accurate customer and territory information in Smartsheet.
- Provide timely updates and participate in regular check-ins with leadership.
- Achieve sales goals and demonstrate measurable progress quickly — expectations for early success are high.
