More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Reliability Lab Technician in Peachtree City, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
- Perform laboratory testing (electrical, mechanical, thermal, etc.) and issue test reports in a timely manner to support product development.
- Maintain a Laboratory Testing Schedule and estimate completion dates.
- Identify and implement new testing capabilities, including documenting standard procedures.
- Identify, perform, and document improvement activities to increase lab efficiencies.
- Help maintain the documentation needed to meet laboratory requirements for external certification of governing bodies (UL, NVLAP, ETL, etc.).

- Technical or High School Diploma, associate degree preferred
- Exceptional electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to do minor software programming a plus
- Can read, interpret, and implement standard test requirements, reliability lab experience preferred
- Capable of technical reporting
- Excellent analytical thinking and time management skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
