We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our North American Sales Team in Austin, TX!
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Key Account Managers. Your efforts will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best — building strong client relationships and closing deals.

Salary: $72,500.00 - $96,600.00
Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%

More About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our North American Sales Team in Austin, TX!
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Key Account Managers. Your efforts will enable our sales team to focus on what they do best — building strong client relationships and closing deals.
What you’ll do
- Support the Sales organization in achieving sales goals and revenue targets.
- Manage all inbound leads and funnel qualified leads to Key Account Managers.
- Prospect and cold call existing customer portfolio as well as licensed producers not actively being pursued to drive new opportunity potential.
- Prepare detailed quotes and assist with order promotion processes.
- Support Partner/Dealer network with quoting, documentation, and product information.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing order management position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel).
- ERP system experience; SAP experience is a plus.
- Experience with project management and Salesforce is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
