This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Product Compliance Engineering Intern located at our Peachtree City, GA location (hybrid), from February 2 - May 22, 2026 ( up to 40 hours per week).
Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Support new product launches and sustaining efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Support the development of AI agents and prompt workflows using large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 or GPT-5.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into operational processes, driving innovation and improvement.
Contribute to prompt design, testing, and optimization for internal use cases, ensuring the effectiveness of our AI solutions.
Design and develop automation for product compliance processes to leverage data for strategic insights.
Explore automation tools or AI-driven solutions to streamline repetitive tasks like data collection, validation, or reporting.

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, with software knowledge, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Working knowledge of the Copilot Suite, Python, LLMs, and agent frameworks.
Passion for problem-solving and great attention to detail.
Related experience from prior internships, college projects (individual or group), or employment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Pay Rate: $23 - $29 per hour (based on year of study)
