What You’ll Lead:
- Drive total store sales, profit, credit, warranty, repair, and customer experience results
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create a strong selling culture focused on clienteling, follow-up, and relationship building
- Deliver an elevated customer experience in diamonds, bridal, fine jewelry, watches, and services
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Execute merchandising, operations, inventory control, and brand standards
- Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance
- Build a positive, goal-driven team culture where people want to win and grow
What We’re Looking For:
- Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, retail management, jewelry sales, luxury retail, outlet retail, or commissioned sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet business goals
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable leading through KPIs, sales goals, credit, warranties, repairs, and clienteling
- Professional communication and strong follow-up skills
- Passion for jewelry, leadership, and creating memorable customer experiences
