Specific responsibilities
Your specific duties as Behavioral Health Manager will include
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the outpatient program
- Hands-on supervision for approximately 20 staff
- Experience leading program development with short-term and long-term goals
- Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal, and licensing agency regulatory standards
- Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program
- Unencumbered Illinois Master's level license - LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent.
- Experience with program development and supervision
- Experience working with patients of varying ages and backgrounds
- Be able to pass background and drug screen
- Have or be able to obtain IM CANS certification within 30days of hire.
- Management experience in community mental health; knowledge of community agencies; familiarity with Illinois mental health services and the child welfare state system; very helpful.
Salary : $77,000 - $118,560
