Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broker based in Brooklyn, NY. The Broker will be responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships, understanding client funding needs, and recommending suitable financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include calling, texting, emailing clients, analyzing financial documents, negotiating terms, building trust with clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and funding options. Additionally, the Broker will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and streamline processes. Your job is to gather the information from the client and provide him with the financial solution on the same day.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation
• Motivated and Driven to make High Commsions
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRM software, financial tools, and standard office applications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in financial services or brokerage is a significant advantage
