Duties
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos, helping customers understand features and benefits.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash registers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
