Lead Countertop Installer (Experienced Only)

Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Signature Stone Design is seeking a highly skilled Lead Countertop Installer with proven experience in granite, quartz, and quartzite installation. This is a leadership role for someone who can run a crew, handle complex installs, and deliver top-tier craftsmanship without supervision.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants without solid installation experience will not be considered.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage install crews independently
- Execute precise installations with tight seams and clean finishes
- Handle field modifications and problem-solving on-site
- Ensure every job meets high-end quality standards
- Represent the company professionally with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on countertop installation experience
- Strong seam setting and leveling skills
- Ability to read layouts and make adjustments in the field
- Leadership experience running a crew
- Clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
