We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian to join our client's team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in facility maintenance. The Custodian will perform general cleaning and maintenance duties for our building and grounds. The role also includes assisting in basic repairs and supporting maintenance personnel on more complex tasks.

Custodian pay $16.87/hr.
Refuse disposal assistant pay $24.37/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance:
- Empty trash bins.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies.
- Wash and wax floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Cut grass and remove snow as necessary.
- General Repairs & Assistance:
- Unclog basic blockages in sinks and toilets.
- Perform basic repairs around the building (e.g., stoves, refrigerators).
- Assist maintenance personnel with more complex repairs.
- Clean and maintain office and unit spaces.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (though driving is not required while on payroll).
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Must be able to understand and follow English-language instructions.
Salary : $17 - $24
