The Senior Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all inventory management processes and teams across multiple sites. This role ensures optimal stock levels, accuracy, and efficiency in inventory operations to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of inventory control systems, and experience managing large-scale, multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately represents on-hand inventory systematically and physically through regular quality control (QC) practices, intra-company transfers, inbound/outbound shipments, warehouse bin locations, and integrity of inventory systems.
- Execute project deadlines on time while holding cross-functional teams accountable for deliverables.
- Provide mentorship, set measurable expectations, enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement training or continuing education programs to build capability within direct reports.
- Develop and maintain management policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Work independently and prioritize business needs, weighing the value of multiple business propositions.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for inventory accuracy and cost reduction.
- Drive automation and technology adoption for inventory tracking.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory strategies.
- Support demand planning and forecasting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to senior leadership.
- Mitigate risks related to stock shortages, overages, and obsolescence.
- Ability to travel 25%

- Experience in running teams in multiple locations
- Experience in multi-site operations and high-volume inventory environments.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Business, or related field .
- 7 years of experience in inventory management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25 lbs , computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
