Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (Planning & Strategy) plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for performance modeling, forecasting, performance reporting, and business insights that support strategic planning and operational execution. The analyst partners closely with cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Leadership—to provide clear, actionable analytics that enhance both short-term performance and long-range planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, andmaintainperformance models, forecasts, and business performance dashboards.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting processes with detailed variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Analyze trends in revenue, margin, expenses, and operational metrics toidentifyrisks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business units to understand operational drivers and translate them intofinancial impact.
• Assist Controller and FP&A with long-range strategic planning, budgeting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and support automation of reports and analyses.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and models.
• All other dutiesassigned.

• Strongproficiencyin Excel (advanced formulas, modeling), Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Solid understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldrequired.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
• Experience in multi-unit, supply chain, retail, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
