Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring optimal time management for stylists and clients
- Handle phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about services, products, and promotions
- Assist clients with product demos, upselling retail items and salon packages to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with retail products to attract customer interest
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments and change
- Support inventory management by stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and assisting with retail sales efforts
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within a grocery store or beauty industry setting
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team coordination or training new staff
- Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clientele are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math is essential for daily operations
