Signature Restoration Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated Commercial Remediation Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial restoration and remediation projects in hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, government buildings, and other occupied commercial properties throughout the CSRA.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, professional, and willing to learn. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold remediation services
- Remove damaged building materials safely and efficiently
- Set up and maintain containment barriers and critical barriers
- Operate air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment
- Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, ceilings, and other building materials
- Clean and sanitize affected areas
- Complete detailed post-remediation cleaning
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow OSHA, IICRC, and company safety standards
- Work professionally in occupied hospitals and commercial facilities
- Assist construction crews during rebuild activities as needed
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Water, fire, or mold remediation
- Commercial demolition
- Construction labor
- Commercial cleaning
- General construction
- Disaster restoration
Certifications are a plus but not required
- IICRC WRT
- IICRC ASD
- IICRC AMRT
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators when required
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts
- Dependable attendance
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
