Job description
Signature property management is looking to add a maintenance technician that will be for a specific property in Olathe, KS. Plumbing, electrical, painting, building HVAC experience, etc required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete work orders to ensure they are completed to the satisfaction of residents
- Ensure excellent communication with residents
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, and staff at all times
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance for one properties
- Ensure regular property maintenance is completed in a timely manner and with good quality
- On call coverage for emergencies
- Other duties as required
Skills
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Related experience a plus
- Experience in multi-family housing
- Strong verbal, written, and computer communication and organization skills
- Must be able to do heavy physical lifting and bending
- Ability to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time
- Background check and drug test REQUIRED
