Job Summary
The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining resident accounts and assisting in all aspects of the General Manager’s position.
Job Responsibilities
- Post payments to resident accounts
- Enter all charges to resident accounts
- Process ACH payments monthly
- Send reminder notices monthly
- Send late notices monthly
- Send statements monthly
- Code bills
- Enter bills for processing weekly
- Maintain monthly reports
- Setup new vendors as needed
- Ensure vendor compliance
- Act as liaison between renters and owners as needed
- Attend and assist with board meetings and resident events
- Be on-call for emergencies on a rotating schedule
- Collect and process rent payments
- Provide professional customer service to all residents, their guests, and contractors
- Perform GM’s responsibilities as needed when he/she is out of the office for vacation, sick time, etc.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
