We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at Signature Place Apartments! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating great first impressions, and taking pride in helping others find a place they can call home.As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents while helping drive the success of our community. We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, coachable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Leasing & Customer ExperienceWelcome prospective residents and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Conduct engaging apartment tours and confidently showcase our community, amenities, and surrounding area
- Learn our floor plans, features, and benefits to effectively match residents with their ideal home
- Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, answer questions, and overcome objections
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, texts, and emails to maximize leasing opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents and help create a positive community experience
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally
Community & Administrative Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming leasing office and community appearance
- Complete daily property walks and communicate any concerns or opportunities for improvement
- Assist with apartment inspections, move-in preparation, and maintaining market-ready homes
- Complete lease applications, paperwork, resident files, and administrative tasks accurately
- Assist with reports, marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies and comply with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable regulations
