Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Assistant, located on-site in Great Falls, MT. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office tasks including handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, providing clerical support, and assisting executives. Daily tasks include managing communications, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a medical or spa setting is a plus
