As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and supporting day-to-day leasing operations. This role includes conducting property tours, handling leasing inquiries, preparing lease agreements, and supporting resident retention efforts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others find their next home. Experience with property management software, especially Yardi, is preferred. A professional demeanor, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service are essential for success in this role. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
