Role Description
(Part-Time or Full-Time)
Signature Kitchens is seeking a part-time or full-time Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team in Hawthorne, NJ.
We are looking for a motivated, personable, and design-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces. Prior kitchen and bath design experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a background in interior design, cabinetry, remodeling, architecture, or other customer-facing design-related fields.
As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will work closely with homeowners throughout the design process, helping transform their ideas into innovative and practical kitchen and bathroom designs. This role combines design, customer service, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and client interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to learn design software and product specifications.
- Design aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience in Sales, with the ability to guide clients through product selections and close projects successfully
- Experience in kitchen design, interior design, cabinetry, remodeling, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD or other interior design platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
