Job Title: SFDC Tech Delivery Manager

Location: Onsite – Minnesota, USA

Duration: Longterm Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery for Salesforce solutions, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Manage and support a team of onshore and offshore resources.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, security standards, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Hire, coach, and manage team performance.
• Track team metrics and manage budgets.

Qualifications:

• 8 years in IT with 3–5 years in Salesforce delivery management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing global teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
