Location: Boston, MA – 5 Day Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with AI Agents to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, LLMs, AI Agent frameworks, API integration, and cloud technologies. Experience in the Financial Services domain is preferred.
Must Have Skills
- 8 years of Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices
- Experience with SQL and data processing
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or AWS AI services
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile Scrum
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- Financial Services or Banking domain experience
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with RAG, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agent orchestration
