Job Role: Performance Test Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week)

  • 7 years of experience in software testing, with significant hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proven experience leading performance testing teams and enterprise-scale testing engagements.
  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more performance testing tools: LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, or NeoLoad.
  • Experience with API performance testing, RESTful services, microservices, and distributed applications.
  • Experience analyzing application logs, server metrics, database queries, and infrastructure performance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases.
