Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Fontana. This role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless department workflow and supporting our internal teams through high-level administrative coordination. You will work closely with departments such as Production, Finance, and EHS to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle all professional correspondence and reporting for the department.
Data & Documentation: Execute high-volume data entry, manage purchase order requisitions, and resolve discrepancies with a high degree of accuracy.
Digital Content: Create and maintain polished Google Presentations, Sheets, and communication materials for internal and external use.
Reporting: Gather, structure, and compile departmental data into comprehensive reports for leadership review.
Operational Liaison: Facilitate postal duties, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and manage production entry.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personnel and financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 3 years of professional administrative experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
Procurement: Direct experience managing purchase order (PO) requisitions.
Industry Background: Prior experience supporting Production, Finance, EHS, HR, or Payroll teams is highly desired.
Work Environment & Safety
While this is an office-based role, the selected candidate may be required to walk through or work within plant areas.
Candidates must be cleared by their supplier to wear safety shoes (AKA steel-toed boots), eye/ear protection, and other required PPE.
