Experienced IT professional with 10 years of experience with expertise working as scrum master and incident manager. Should have experience in Service Now, Java Script, Agile tools like JIRA Should deliver project scope deliverables within time, budget with quality, Manage and execute all project plans. Managing stakeholders and risk management plan . Should work with vendors to make sure the project scope items planned and delivered . Support and triage the Prod support.
