Title: GenAI Architect
Location: Indianapolis, IN - Hybrid
Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build GenAI architecture using mix of custom development and Azure services.
Work on LLM-based chatbot development – model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Implement Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like Lang Chain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
Integrate external tools and APIs to enable autonomous task execution by the chatbot.
Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business teams to deliver the solution.
Ensure proper security, governance, and performance of the AI system.
Help in prompt engineering and multi-turn conversation handling.
Provide technical leadership and support to the development team.
Skill Required:
Strong experience in AI/ML and GenAI projects.
Good understanding of LLMs, NLP, and chatbot frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and cloud deployment.
Knowledge of Azure AI services like OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure ML (preferred).
Experience with vector databases like Azure AI Search.
Familiar with Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of Agentic AI concepts like autonomous agents, tool use, and planning.
Familiar with Azure ML Ops, Azure AI Foundry and Implementing solution using Azure Service if needed.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
