This is a hands-on cleaning position focused exclusively on residential home cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality, detailed, and professional cleaning services at client homes.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and organize surfaces according to company quality standards
- Follow assigned cleaning checklists for each job
- Use own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful behavior in client homes
- Complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Report any damages, safety issues, or special situations to coordination team
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of residential house cleaning experience
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, standing, repetitive motion)
- Reliable transportation
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
