Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling strategies to generate interest in our offerings
- Engage in professional B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating product benefits and value propositions
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines
- Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions in technology or service sales
- Maintain excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and outreach efforts
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities through outbound calling and market research
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, warm calling strategies, and outbound calling best practices
- Ability to understand technical sales concepts and effectively communicate complex information to clients
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a team environment while meeting targets and deadlines
