Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a key touchpoint in our candidates' and new employees' journey, creating exceptional experiences through every interaction from application to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities and ensuring a seamless, professional experience for candidates, new hires and employees. You'll provide hands-on, proactive support across the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, acting as a bridge between candidates, hiring managers, and our Human Resources team. You will also be a critical member of our HR Operations team and be exposed to the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and new hire documentation
- Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Customer Experience
- Create an engaging and positive experience for all candidates, new hires and employees
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with Human Resource Business Partners and internal stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues in the pre-employment process
Administrative Excellence
- Maintain organized records and files in compliance with company policies
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment and onboarding activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related administrative role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
