Our Plant Operations Directors make a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
What you Need to make a Difference:- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
- One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.
