Additional Details:$3500 Sign On Bonus
How you Will make a Difference:- Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed
- Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents
- Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments
- Monitor daily documentation and filing
- All other duties as assigned
- Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
- Current/active CPR certification
- Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
- Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
