Weekend Hospice RN – Signature Eugene Hospice
Eugene Area | Saturday & Sunday Shifts
$48–$52/hr Mileage Reimbursement
Join our compassionate hospice team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled hospice care in patients' homes while supporting families through end-of-life care.
Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, symptom management, and patient/family education
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Serve as a case manager for assigned patients
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon RN license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; hospice, home health, or public health experience preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- HCHB and PointCare experience a plus
