Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through flooring, cabinetry, and remodeling selections
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and invoices
- Coordinate with installers and project timelines
- Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
- Stay knowledgeable on current products, trends, and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (flooring, construction, or home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, quoting software)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends as needed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in flooring, tile, cabinetry, or remodeling sales
- Knowledge of measurements, estimates, or construction basics
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
