Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction and roofing projects from estimating through completion.
- Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including setup, billing, forecasting, and closeout.
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates for commercial and roofing work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and roofing crews.
- Collaborate directly with company leadership to learn operations and contribute to company growth.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project progress, site conditions, and quality to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Foster positive relationships with project teams to promote communication, efficiency, and a strong work environment.
Compensation
- Salary: $45,000 – $79,000 per year (based on experience)
- Bonus potential available

Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, or roofing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications (email, databases, word processing)
- Willingness to learn new software systems
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Proven leadership ability and team motivation skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
