SUMMARY: We’re seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional experience to our Business and Retail Wealth clients. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoy helping people, this role offers a great path to grow in financial services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a key point of contact for client questions and service needs
- Support new business processes and open new accounts
- Prepare client reports, paperwork, and communications
- Manage account maintenance and follow‑through on client requests
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings
- Organize portfolio reviews, prospect meetings, and onboarding workflows
- Maintain tasks and workflows in the CRM
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation
- Collaborate closely with advisors and team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 preferred
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and client‑service mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
